I truly don't know why they stopped producing this really convenient size and shape of container. The glass walls do not taper outward at all (if anything theres a minor narrowing is you look down into the cup), and that make them great for fitting in cupholders, nestling tightly against each other, and also stackable vertically. The straight sides also fit a silicone sleeve without any exposed glass, which helps insulation and protection from shattering. The 24oz (in my opinion) holds the perfect medium cup of coffee with cream, fillable easily with the wide mouth opening - it's my daily driver. Like I said though, Ball no longer makes this cup, so you'll have to find third-party listings, and those are becoming rarer by the day. I have considered contacting the company and putting in my word that they should bring this size back, and I hope you might even do the same !
