The large top pocket is shaped like a trapezoid (of half a hexagon), so it has plenty of contact against your hip, and objects dont shift around much - as well as a smaller front pocket which is a good size for items like pens, cash, coins, or lighters. The bag can carry a decent capacity (about 1/4th the size of the interior of a standard backpack), but if loaded with something really heavy, the belt straps sometimes can slip and become looser - I prevent this by tucking the loose bit of strap between the belt strap and my hip, so it can't get pulled out. Available in a handful of colors like black, green, purple and red (all with black zippers), the material is a durable canvas, but the interior threads are prone to fray if the bag is stretched too much, and if that happens make sure to cut them off as soon as possible (so they dont get pulled out any further, or get caught in the zipper). For the price I've found on EBay, these 90s Jansport bumbags are a great value - but obviously because theyre no longer being manufactured, the supply is limited, so grab them while you can ! "
