Obviously not the healthiest thing you can eat (being that its a dehydrated shelf-stable version of actual stuffing), but just as a backup / in-case-of-emergency thanksgiving season meal component, they're actually pretty tasty if prepared on the range-top (as opposed to microwaving). These aren't for everyone, but it's always good to see domestically produced competitive offerings (from a seemingly smallish company) in markets where the usual household name-brand is part of a multi-national conglomerate I don't want to support.
