The Fruit Punch flavor (if I tried to describe it) seems like somewhere inbetween their cherry and island berry varieties. High fructose corn syrup is the second ingredient, and it contains no real fruit juice, so don't be expecting anything too healthy here, but the drink is at least naturally flavored, and contains a bit of potassium, so that's something.
