Besides the "certificaton of authenticity" (which means very little), not even the mirror said "made in usa" anywhere on it (no region of manufacture sticker existed on the product). Like a sucker though I had to give it a buy, and it thankfully turned out to be an extremely high quality mirror - the quality of the glass, and especially the thick, hand-cut hand-painted frame. The piece is heavy, not really something you'd want swing around on a door - but the wall mounts work well in horizontal and vertical orientations, and you can always place the vanity on something like a windowsil, fireplace mantle, or in my case atop a cast iron pipe radiator. Although it was expensive, the Framed Hamilton Hills Transitional mirror is (was) a fantastic heirloom piece of interior decoration and one that will bring a small amount of respect to whatever you choose to reflect.
