Yes, 95% Alcohol by volume is practically moonshine, and I'm pretty sure this alcohol is so potent, it could be flammable (which is fun for a flaming shot party-trick). To many, this spirit requires dilution with some kind of mixer, or at least a chaser - but the neutral, tasteless (besides the taste of alcohol), and with no distinct odors can pair well with tons of flavors. Everclear can make really effective mixed-drinks because you can use a small amount, and still pack a surprising punch.
