" We’d like you to meet: Teddie Beer 🧸🥜 This new 5.8% peanut butter porter is a special collab with our good friends and Everett neighbors, Teddie Peanut Butter. It sips with aromas of nutty toffee and peanut butter candy, leading into rich flavors of dark chocolate, cocoa, and roasted peanut butter. And you can feel good while sipping it – $1 from every 4-pack of Teddie Beer sold will be donated to the Greater Boston Food Bank. " -NightShiftBrewing

The two companies have come together to support the Greater Boston Food Bank (a local food distribution network), and will contribute $1 for every 4pack they sell (and it seems like this 4pack costs about the same to the consumer as any other Night Shift 4pack). I've had peanut butter beers before, but this Porter is quite heavy and flavorful with the peanut taste, which can be great paired with the right meal, but I don't think it's the kind of beer I could drink more than one of in a night. From friends I shared the 4 pack with, I heard mixed feelings - some (such as myself) appreciate the unique flavor and could actually really enjoy one on a crisp fall evening (perhaps with a jelly donut), but some felt the flavor was instantly too overpowering, so it's up to your palate. Either way the local cooperation and generous support project are awesome, regardless of whether you like the taste. " -MadeInUSAReview
