These rubber straps have served well for the year that I've been testing them, but I haven't really put them through much rigorous trials like outdoor incliment weather or extreme heat or cold temperatures. Available in 10", 15", 21", 31" and 41" lengths, the span range (or maximum stretch) is roughly two times the bungee cord length. The included S-hooks are strong enough to support whatever weight the straps could hold, and are removable, so there's a secret trick I have done to achieve just the right length by removing an S-hook from one side, and attaching the S-hook of another bungee directly to that hole (it allows for even more fine tuning of strap length, to securely tie down objects).
