Is the difference noticable ? Is it worth it for the price ? The upgrade difference is only about $15, and seeing as the pillow should last years, it might be worth considering - unless minimizing space is the absolute priority, or you actually prefer a slightly thinner pillow. Still there are even more custom fill levels, and the pillow is unique because it can always be "fluffed up" compacting or separating the foam inside, to perfectly fit the current sleeping position.
