Though everyone is probably familiar, these sheets work by simply rolling along clothing or furniture, collecting all the small particles of dust and debris and hair - then, once one full rotation of the roll has been fully saturated with crud, it can be easily and neatly torn away and disposed of - and super quick and effective method used by pet owners and home cleaning businesses for decades. I often will keep a roller in my travel hygiene kit - because for work I have to wear black and you never know when you'll get that clean looking shirt covered in some kind of mess. I will say though, this tape only really works to cling to dry waste, like crumbs, powder or dander - for a fabric that is wet or has been soiled by previous moisture, this product is only for grabbing surface level, dried, particulate material. As for how these compare to other lint rollers I've used it pretty much standard fare, they are sticky but not astoundingly so, and sometimes the serration where you tear the sheets and be a little tricky to peel away (as it sticks and can become messy with dirt), but a simple tool is predictable and dependable, and it doesn't get much easier (or satisfying to clean) than using essentially a magic wand - where one wave and all that nasty pet hair and dust bunnies disappear, and that furniture is magically clean !
