FarberwareCookware Aluminum Clad Cookware; Pan, Pot, and Lid with Steel or Rubberized Handle (Multiple Sizes / Varieties) NO LONGER MADE IN USA

" We bring convenience, dependability, and value to America’s busy kitchens. It's a Farberware tradition we trace back to 1900 when an inventor named Simon Farber arrived in America in New York's lower east-side where he made his first tin and copper cookware. " -FarberwareCookware

Though the model featured in these images and links are the rubberized handle / lid-handle versions, Farberware had a huge line of options and styles, and I was mostly interested in the all stainless versions because of the option to put them in and oven (whereas you should never put anything rubberized in the oven). Farberware isn't what it used to be, all their product stock is imported and has no real attention to quality or US-heritage. Thankfully the company was previously known for it's quality, and vintage American made sets are sought-after collectors items, and are easy and affordable to find (even in like-new condition) online or at secondhand flea-markets and antique stores across the USA. The pots I bought were superb to cook with, as long as I used oil nothing would stick, they held a uniform high heat really well, and cleaned back to a sparkling shine - and what would've originally cost hundreds, you can buy new-old-stock on sites like EBay now for a fraction of the price !" -MadeInUSAReview
